A new sardine has just dived into our creative universe, and not just any sardine! We are pleased to welcome Chloé Baillargeon, illustrator, author and children’s cartoonist from Montreal, to our collective of artists at Sardines Studio.
Chloé is a true lover of Quebec’s forests, and it shows in her work:
Her illustrations bring to life a furry and feathered fauna that is endearing, funny and overflowing with sensitivity. With her lively lines and mischievous humour, she weaves stories as charming as they are playful, perfect for young and old readers. In addition to wielding pencils and paintbrushes, Chloé strums her banjo, knits and builds fairy houses for her children—suffice to say that she has the soul of a creator in everything she touches!
