RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS   

Your order is damaged 

Oh crap! If your item arrives damaged provide a photo of the item to info@sardinesstudio.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. 

You received the wrong product 

Our apologies! If you received the wrong product, provide a photo of the item to info@sardinesstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. We will fix our mistake and send you the correct item.   

Otherwise... 

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund by writing to info@sardinesstudio.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in good condition. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or replaced. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.   

Not refundable or exchangeable 

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Personalized prints (names in flamingo letters) are not returnable or refundable. 

Actual colours of prints may vary slightly from those you see on your computer screen. We do not accept returns due to colour variation.

Wrong address

We are not responsible if the customer provides the wrong address. In this case, we will wait for the order to come back and if it does, it will be resent at the customer's expense. It can take several weeks. We do not send a replacement and we do not refund until the order is back, so make sure you register your good address.
